Having tapped into the powerful healing properties of food through her own quest for weight loss, increased energy and self acceptance, Nikki dedicates her life to educate, empower and provide guidance for others who are in search of health, happiness and balance. Born in Nigeria and raised in the United States, she advocates for the blend of the best of modern medicine and traditional, holistic approaches to treat disease and restore health. She firmly believes in the bodies innate self-healing mechanisms and works with her clients to tap into that power to heal.
Prior to her health coaching career, Nikki worked in the corporate world as a business strategy consultant. She worked both domestically and internationally in New York, London, Paris and Tokyo.
Nikki attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate studies and has an MBA from Duke University. She received her nutrition and wellness training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in partnership with Columbia University in New York City. She is a certified health coach/counselor and is accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Nikki is also a certified First Line Therapy Lifestyle Educator which is a personalized program to manage and reverse chronic illnesses.
Nikki enjoys spending her time with her friends and family, reading up on the latest health and nutrition news, traveling, dancing, skiing and attending services at her church.
